Do you thank Adonai for our ministering angels often?

Had an experience not long ago that reminded that without a doubt I have ministering spirits surrounding me. Subsequent to this incident I recall saying thank you for keeping me and immediately I heard "We Love You". Thus the purpose for this post. Don't wait until something happens be thankful everyday.
